House rules

Privacy

We keep what we need to run the market: your sign-in identity, date of birth (age only — no ID photo), storefront, listings, photos of lots, orders, shipping addresses, payout account id at the processor, and — if you hit high-volume — the legal name, phone, email, tax ID last four, and address required by US marketplace rules. We do not sell that. High-volume fields are not used for anything else unless the law requires it.

Sign-in

You sign in with Google or X. We store the account id, name, and email those services send us.

What sellers see

When you buy, the seller gets the ship-to name and address so they can pack the lot. They do not get your sign-in email from us unless you put it in a listing.

Cert lookups

If you check a cert, we send that number to the issuing house. Their privacy rules apply on their site.

Cards

Card numbers and seller payout verification are handled by the card processor. Scoreloot does not store full card numbers, full Social Security numbers, or ID scans.

Photos

Lot photos are public. Do not upload a picture you do not want on the floor.
