Transparency

You should always know who has the money, where the package is, and what Scoreloot takes.

How money moves

  1. Paid to Scoreloot

  2. Shipped

  3. Delivered

  4. Stall paid

You pay Scoreloot. We hold it until the lot is delivered with no issue. Then the stall is paid. See the path

  1. 1. You pay Scoreloot. The card is charged to us, not the stall. We never see the card number.
  2. 2. The stall ships. Tracking is required. We watch the carrier.
  3. 3. Delivered. The carrier marks it delivered, or you confirm it arrived. Shipping alone does not pay the stall.
  4. 4. Stall is paid. If nobody opened an issue, we release the hold. Scoreloot keeps 7% plus processing. The rest goes to the stall.

Fees

Accounts and storefronts are free. Scoreloot takes 7% plus processing when it sells. We hold the payment until the lot is delivered with no issue, then pay the stall.

Buyers pay the listed price. There is no extra “buyer fee” at checkout. The 7% comes out of the sale when the stall is paid. Run the calculator.

If something’s wrong

Open an issue on the order before we release the hold. Funds stay with Scoreloot until House looks. We do not silently pay a stall that did not deliver.

What we don’t do

  • Pay the stall when you tap buy
  • Pay the stall when they print a label
  • Hide the 7% or the processing cut
  • Let a stall take a card number
